NATASHA URBAN
Education Manager, Aveda Institute Winnipeg
With 15+ years of experience specializing in colouring, Natasha loves sharing her knowledge with the next generation of hairstylists. When she isn’t travelling to teach advanced colour techniques as a National Aveda Educator, she’s at the Institute training new educators and innovating our curriculum.
COLLEEN LAMIRANDE
Vice President, Verde Salon Group
Colleen is a National Aveda Educator, and her current focus is nurturing up-and-coming talent within the Verde Salon Group. Colleen is the 2023 Contessa Hairstylist of the Year winner and has been a Finalist 4 times in the same category. Her commitment to knowledge-sharing and elevating the industry has been a cornerstone of her 15+ years as a hairstylist.

Accepted applicants must complete all Cosmetology Program requirements prior to starting the Aveda Academy Program.
