We set you up for success with structured onboarding and ongoing support. Here’s what your journey will look like:
Learn the ropes: Start by getting familiar with our systems, daily operations, and student flow.
Step into teaching: Gradually take on teaching and mentoring responsibilities.
Grow with support: Receive ongoing coaching and team guidance as you develop in your role.
Your first hands-on responsibilities will be supporting on the clinic floor alongside another educator. You’ll begin by shadowing them, and over time, they’ll shadow you and provide feedback as you take the lead.

As an Educator, your day is a dynamic mix of teaching, mentoring, and hands-on support. You’ll:
Work directly with the education team, students, and guests
Support guest services on the clinic floor with clear communication and technical expertise
Practice and apply POD and the full Aveda Service Cycle
Create a positive and welcoming learning environment for all
New educators start by shadowing an experienced team member, giving you the confidence and comfort to step into the role.

We have both part-time and full-time positions available. The full-time schedule is:
Tuesday, Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday & Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Full-time positions at the Institute are eligible for health and dental benefits, which begin after the probation period.
