International Students
Current Status: At this time, we are not able to enrol international students.
2026 UPDATE
At this time, we are not able to enrol International Students. This is due to the international student cap introduced in 2024, which limits the number of study permit applications that Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) accepts into processing each year.
As a result, we are currently only able to enrol:
Canadian Citizens
Permanent Residents of Canada
We understand this may be disappointing, and we appreciate your interest in our programs.
Important Information About Study Permits
The Aveda Institute Winnipeg is a Designated Learning Institution (DLI).
However, due to the length of our programs, graduates are not eligible for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).
This means:
International students cannot apply for a work permit after graduation based on this program
A study permit alone does not guarantee eligibility to work in Canada after completing training
We encourage prospective students to carefully review immigration requirements before applying to any school in Canada.
