  • To reschedule or cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. A charge of 50% of the full price of all scheduled services must be paid for appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours.

  • Kids 5 and under: We do not offer services to children age 5 or under at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience

    Kids 6-12 are eligible for Haircuts, Styles and Treatments. Parents must remain in the building for the entire service.

    Kids 13+ are eligible for all services. Parents must remain in the building for the consultation and price quote.

  • Colour Corrections and Perms are available and will be provided via a complimentary consultation.

  • A $4 Eco Fee with every service to support our sustainability efforts, including water conservation, recycling initiatives, and ongoing eco-friendly facility improvements. Thank you for making an impact!
